Terms of Use
Prices are information, not an offer. Market prices shown in the app come from public TCGplayer market data mirrored by tcgcsv.com and can lag, be incomplete, or differ from what a card actually sells for. Check the marketplace before you buy, sell or trade.
1. Who can use it
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, under the App Store or Google Play terms that also apply. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the app's data or code except where the law allows it.
3. Pro subscription
- Pro is an annual subscription. The price for your region is shown in the app before you confirm.
- Two ways to start are offered where available, a free trial of seven days, or a discounted first month followed by the annual plan. The exact offer is shown on the payment sheet.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
4. Scanning
Card recognition reads the printed card number and can misread worn, glossy or badly lit cards. Always confirm the result on screen before adding a card. The app is a helper, not a grading or authentication service, and cannot tell a counterfeit from a genuine card.
5. Your collection data
Your collection is stored on your phone only and remains yours. We cannot recover it from a lost or wiped device.
6. Third-party content and trademarks
OP Card Price is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, or TCGplayer. Card names, artwork and logos belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. If you are a rights holder with a concern, email us and we will respond quickly.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its name, icon, design, text and code belong to us and our licensors, apart from the third-party content described above.
8. No warranty
The app is provided as is. We do not promise that prices are current or accurate, that recognition is correct, or that the app is error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including trading losses, arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Ending these terms
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse. Sections 6 to 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Before any formal claim, please email us and give us 30 days to sort it out.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
