A scan reads the wrong card. What now?
Hold the card flat under even light with the card number in the frame. Glossy alternate art can reflect, tilt it slightly. You can always tap "Type number" and enter it, for example OP01-120.
Why is a price different from what I see on TCGplayer?
Prices come from a public mirror of TCGplayer market data that refreshes about once a day, and the app refreshes when it is older than 24 hours. Very rare cards with one seller can swing a lot.
Do you support Japanese prints?
Not yet. Version 1 covers the English TCGplayer catalogue. Japanese sets are on the list.
How do I cancel Pro?
On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Is my collection backed up?
No, it is stored only on your phone. Restore purchases on a new phone unlocks Pro again, but the collection does not move across yet.
